You are solely responsible for all actions taken by your AI assistant. We are not responsible for the loss, corruption, or unavailability of any data stored on your virtual machine, including AI memory, conversation history, files, configurations, and credentials. Virtual machines may fail, be deleted, or become inaccessible at any time. Do not store irreplaceable data on your virtual machine without maintaining independent backups.
Our service depends on third-party infrastructure including Hetzner Cloud, OpenRouter, Clerk, and Stripe. We are not responsible for outages, performance degradation, data loss, security incidents, or any other issues arising from these or any other third-party services. Their availability and conduct are outside our control.
Nothing on this website or produced by the AI assistant constitutes legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, or other professional advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional before making decisions that could affect your health, finances, legal rights, or safety.
While we implement reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee the security of your virtual machine, account, or data against unauthorized access, cyberattacks, or other threats. You are responsible for securing your own account credentials, gateway tokens, and any sensitive data you interact with through the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iClawdbot and its operators, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Service or reliance on any content generated by the AI assistant, regardless of the theory of liability or whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
